You can really do some awesome designs with these templates. I would worry about how original my site would like with using a template though and if it would effect my rankings in the search engines.

Doug – It won’t have a negative impact on your search engine rankings provided you are optimizing the sites. I pick templates that don’t have a generic feel to them intentionally. The templates that are created these days outweigh most custom designs I’ve seen even to be honest.

Cool templates. Is it difficult to edit these templates? I’m new to Joomla so I’m not really sure how to use them. Do you perhaps know of a good resource that I can use to improve my skills?

    Nice Work.

    Thanx

They are relatively easy to modify as you also get the .PSD files that make up the design. That, coupled with some basic CSS knowledge will take you a long way :)

I am going to give you two adzZoo clients that have been with AdzZoo for over 4 months. Feel free to contact the owners of these businesses and ask them how they feel about their decision to sign up with AdzZoo. Put on your usability hat, put yourself in the shoes of customers searching on the internet for goods and services. Google either of these common search queries to see how well AdzZoo works:
    ” womans clothing boutique tampa”

    and/or
    “commercial property management clearwater”

Kits well dressed well heeled and Equity partners are both AdzZoo Clients.

Kudos to the operator of this Site. You have consistently been in the top position when I search for non biased information about AdzZoo. You obviously are an expert on Web marketing. AdzZoo’s service is for small business owners who don’t have excesses of time or money but know they need to be findable on the internet for their customers.

Large businesses and establishments that market the world over are not AdzZoo’s target customer base. Neither of the client examples above pay $400 a month or more for these kind of results. SEO experts you are welcome to be value added resellers for AdzZoo. Some of your clients might be better served by AdzZoo. For those clients AdzZoo will do 100% of the work and pay you 40% commission. Feel free to call me or contact me via eMail.

The most eloquent rebuttal any of you can give me is to show me an example of your work that I can google and see results of.

Have a Great Weekend! This is AdzZoo’s official launch weekend. AdzZoo is coming out of Beta. I’m going to a party, are you?

If you change the graphic layout and content of the sites you should have no problem using these themes. The SEO value is gained from the content, so as long as you change the graphics and submit your own content you should be fine.

Joomla was my first introduction to CMS & blogging type software, and the man who introduced me is still working in Joomla and doing some really creative things with it. Back then it looked rather bland, and I wasn’t really impressed, but the templates that have become available subsequently are really impressive, and can deliver truly mind blowing results in the hands of the right person. The examples showcased here are really impressive, but I must be honest and say that I still love my WordPress the most. Viva WordPress, Viva!

I haven’t tried Joomla yet but I might in the future as I see professional looking sites being built using Joomla instead of WP (although WP is also great for such application).

My picks out of the three are the first and last. There’s a bias though as I’m interested in both sports and computer games.

This is the next continuation of the Theming Thurday – Joomla post. I could say that the many are using joomla now and there are still many who discover it and about to use it. Several templates has been already made for Joomla so using it is not a problem anymore.
